Visit to the vineyards, the winemaking area and the barrel cellar, followed by a tasting of wines from our crus.

You will taste:

  • Liano Bianco paired with Palmieri’s Mortadella La Favolosa served with five-cereals bread, shelled walnuts with extra clear kernels and Antica Cascina’ squacquerone DOP.
  • Liano Rosso paired with a warm potato flan served with Soncino salad and royal truffle cream.
  • Umberto Cesari 100% Merlese paired with a quenelle of Gorgonzola DOP and Mascarpone, fresh blackberries and edible flower petals.
  • Laurento paired with the traditional green Lasagna.
  • Resultum paired with Sant’Uberto’s boar salami, coffee powder and dehydrated cherries.
  • Tauleto paired with Antica Cascina’s pecorino Cacio Faenum with clementine confiture and pecorino di Fossa with pear cream and Guido Gobino’s dark chocolate.
  • Barrel tasting in the cellar (blind tasting from one of our casks).
  • Colle del Re Albana Passito surprise pairing.
