Visit to the barrel cellar followed by a tasting of three wines paired with local specialties.

  • Colle Belvedere Pignoletto DOC Frizzante (semi-sparkling) paired with Mortadella IGT La Favolosa di Palmieri cut into thin slices and served on local white bread.
  • Colle del Re Romagna Albana secco Docg with Salsiccia Passita Mora Romagnola by Golinelli and artisan piadina bread (traditional wrap bread) made by hand and cooked in stone.
  • Laurento Romagna DOC Sangiovese Riserva paired with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese Terre di Montagna (aged for 36 months), drizzled with our Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP).
