Costa di Rose Rosé paired with “Delizioso” cheese from Antica Cascina, fresh local raspberries, toasted hazelnuts and Calvisius Siberian sturgeon caviar with savory mini croissant.
Liano Bianco Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Rubicone IGT paired with Salame Rosa from Artigian Quality, dried tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Montecatone estate and gourmet walnuts from Mister Nut.

Solo Rosso Rubicone IGT paired with blu di capra cheese and fresh local blackberries, drizzled with bergamot honey from Cazzola and a slice of toasted homemade bread.
Resultum Sangiovese Rubicone IGT paired with Cacio Faenum (pecorino cheese aged in hay) from Antica Cascina, local porcini mushrooms with white bread and Agust coffee powder.
