Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Aleeshia graduated with a Master of Gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo and never left Italy. She loves the Mediterranean region and continues to explore the interconnected food and wine cultures of the area. Her dream is to own an olive grove in the Italian countryside.
